Transmission line - 1

Consider a 50 Ω transmission line of 3 quarter-wavelength (3λ/4) long. It is connected on its left to a 10 V (rms) source with 80 Ω internal impedance, and connected on its right to an infinite 125 Ω line.

1) Compute the incident power, reflected power, and the power transmitted into the infinite 125 Ω line.

2) Present methods to maximize the power transmitted into the infinite 125Ω line (source cannot be changed).
